according to police.

On March 23 at about 10:30 p.m., the Hollister Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery at Los Grullenses restaurant, 1270 San Juan Road.

Two male suspects, one armed with a black handgun, entered the restaurant. Both suspects approached the counter and demanded money and that employees open the cash register, according to a statement. The suspects took the money from the register and fled westbound on foot.

One suspect is described as being heavy set, wearing a brown and white checked, long sleeve shirt with black pants. He was wearing a black mask, with a black bandana wrapped around his face, according to police.

The second suspect is described as having a thin build, wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black and red gloves. He had a blue bandana over his face.
