It’s that time of year again. The time when no matter what holiday you celebrate, families get together. We share a meal. We share time together. And generally this ends well with everyone radiating love and a full stomach when the celebration is over.
A Pig Roast Dinner to benefit the Hollister Elks Lodge is set for 7 p.m. Friday at the lodge. Menu items will include roasted pork, beans, coleslaw, applesauce, garlic bread and carrot cake. Funds will go toward a major project to help kids with disabilities.
