Former long-time resident
Former long-time Hollister resident Lois E. Matulich died Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2002 in San Jose. She was 81.

Mrs. Matulich had lived in Hollister from 1925 to 1964 before moving to San Jose.

She is survived by her sons and their wives, Greg and Tina Matulich, Wayne and Marilyn Matulich and Bruce and Denise Matulich; her sisters-in-law, Mary Lucchetti of Hollister and Marge Klobocar of San Francisco; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Matulich, her brother, Dave Barrett, and his wife, Frances.

Visitation begins Sunday at 5 p.m. at Oak Hill Funeral Home, 300 Curtner Ave. in San Jose. Friends are invited to memorial services Monday, Nov. 11 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home’s Chapel of Roses. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
