A skydiver sustained injuries during a jump Saturday over Tres Pinos this afternoon, according to a San Benito County fire department official.

The department could confirm little aside from verifying the accident occurred near Quien Sabe Road and Airline Highway and involved a woman.

An employee at Hollister-based Adventure Center Skydiving, which drops over that area, said the jumper is “fine” and remains in “totally stable condition.” He called the accident’s cause a “pilot error” and then declined to provide a name.
