They followed a magnitude-3.4 temblor that occurred Tuesday night.

HOLLISTER

A minor, magnitude-3.4 earthquake jolted Hollister on Tuesday night, but caused no major damage, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The brief temblor struck at 9:08 p.m. and had an epicenter eight miles south/southeast from Hollister and four miles south/southwest from Tres Pinos, according to the USGS Web site.

The Hollister Fire Department reported getting no calls related to the earthquake.
