Roy Andrew Chardon died on July 22, 2009. He is survived by his wife, Lola of 38 years, his brother, Sydney Smith and his sister, Mary Smith.
Roy graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Physics. He spent the next 15 years in the U.S. Air Force, after which he worked in the industry as a systems engineer.
He will be remembered for his unique intelligence and for his love for animals, for which he contributed to lovingly, for their welfare.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the Cancer Society.
