FFA members walk down San Benito Street with one of their goats during the homecoming parade Oct. 16.

San Benito High School students kept up their school spirits
even with a hole in their homecoming parade route on San Benito
Street that caused a change in direction just a day before the
event. They even kept their smiles as a wash of water headed north
on San Benito Street in the middle of their parade.
There were 40 student organizations entered in the parade,
including FFA students who walked some of the animals they are
raising down the road, and the French club, whose members donned
berets. The junior varsity football team members wore their jerseys
as they rode downtown on a trailer.
