Crater in need of a fill at West and South streets
Drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians should still be wary of a
large pothole at South and West streets in Hollister.
The Pinnacle first reported on the pothole Dec. 4, when
Hollister streets official Julian Gaytan noted how city crews have
continued to go out on Fridays to repair such potholes. They
collect a list each week of pothole reports from around the city.
Doing it on one day allows for more efficiency, such as bringing
out a truckload of the cement mix.

“Again, we try to get a group of them at once,” he said, earlier in December.
City officials were not available for comment before the Pinnacle’s press time.
For now, drivers, riders and pedestrians should use a little more caution when crossing the intersection, especially after a heavy rain.
