Manuela Garcia died Jan. 27 at Hazel Hawkins Hospital. She was
born in Monte Morelos, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and was 89 years old. She
came to Hollister from Mexico in 1967 and was a member of Sacred
Heart Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Margarito Garcia who died in 1992. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Oscar and Maria Esther Garcia of Hollister, Hector and Maria Magdalena Garcia of Torreon, Mexico, Jose V. and Maria Garcia of Hollister, Carlos and Cecilia Garcia of Hollister and Alicia Garcia of Hollister. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Friends can pay their respects on Sunday, Jan. 30 from 1 to 9pm at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. The Rosary will be on Sunday evening at 7pm at the funeral home. The Mass will be on Monday at 10am at Sacred Heart Church. Friends can gather at the funeral home at 9:30am for a procession to the church.
Interment and graveside services will follow the Mass at Calvary Cemetery.
