District 1. We are growers of pot carnations in the Salinas area.
Marci sells our product to her customers who then sell to retail
stores. I have watched Marci with her customers and am very
impressed with the professionalism and personalization she uses
with each one.

She truly cares about helping her customers succeed and make money in this very competitive business. She is honest and works hard. She follows through with everything she says she is going to do, which in our opinion is a sign of a true leader. She will look you straight in the eye and do exactly what she says she will do. We trust her to represent our product line well. She is not afraid to ask questions if she needs information. She has an incredible ability to negotiate so her customer, her vendor and her own company comes out a winner. She treats us, her vendor, with respect. Just watching her work, she certainly has the passion and energy to accomplish whatever she sets out to do.
