Squaw Valley resident
Donald J. Hannibal died Wednesday, March 19, 2003 at his home in Squaw Valley. He was 70.

Mr. Hannibal had lived in Squaw Valley for a year. Prior to his retirement he was a machinist in precision metal for many years. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1952 to 1956.

He is survived by his children and their spouses, Andy and Charlene Hannibal of Hollister, Wade Hannibal and his partner, Teresa Garvey, of Modesto, Lisa and Jeff Day and Lyle Hannibal, all of San Jose; his brother, Ed Hannibal of Lakeside; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgiana Hannibal in 1999.

Private services will be held at San Joaquin National Cemetery in Santa Nella. Arrangements and cremation are through Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home and Gavilan Hills Crematory.
