the need to publicize the fact that ‘These are your tax dollars at
work’ on signs? How many of my tax dollars are they spending on
having the signs made?

“So, we have a recall election of Gray Davis who was elected by a majority of the state’s voters. We are being held hostage by a group of rich conservative Republicans who are crying wolf at their earlier loss and found a way to get ‘their man’ in office at any cost.
If this is the current state of democracy, why don’t we recall President George W. Bush. He didn’t even earn the majority of votes when he ran.
And at any cost, this recall election won’t affect the pockets of these rich Republicans. The cost is coming from taxpayers pockets.”
