Here in Santa Cruz, we fully support and finance a cult forming, along classic lines, one which includes the past use of violence to “persuade” others to go along and to remain silent in the face of corruption.

WAMM, the Women’s Alliance for Medical Marijuana, relies and profits from fear, psychotropic persuasion and the fascination with death as the core attraction to the group. The selling of WAMM medicine by certain members to non-members, especially when supported blindly by our City Council and County Board of Supervisors, is one of real concern, one problem among many which needs to be addressed by our civic leaders.

Although WAMM claims not to provide doctors for referrals to use cannabis, the opposite is unfortunately true: Many patients have been given such referrals over the phone, by doctors living in other cities.

Medical cannabis is commonly traded for sexual favors; threats of retribution are implied to the membership, with real examples being emphasized subtlety to individuals who “may cause problems.”

Such policy is both obscene and unacceptable.

Truth does exist, yet comes in a sorry second at the Women’s Alliance for Medical Marijuana.
