Canceling rally would hurt city

I have been a resident of Hollister for seven years.
I have been a resident of Hollister for seven years. What I have found that this town is most noted for is: 1. Fiscal ineptness. 2. Sewer spills and problems. 3. The Fourth of July rally. I wonder which one of these three notable attributes actually put real money into the city coffers? I would think No. 3, however I might be wrong.
