From what I have read, this District Attorney John Sarsfield is
a time bomb of taxpayer money waiting to explode. I have an idea.
RECALL the bum and save our taxpayer dollars!

“What is San Benito High School teaching our children? I have always been proud to say that my children go to San Benito High School. Now I am not so sure. I am wondering what the Sports Director is thinking when he tries to hide the problems of the young adults in sports who are stealing. Going to other schools and stealing uniforms and other young adults clothing? Others going to national competition and stealing from stores? I feel that someone needs to wake the Sports Director up and he needs to deal with these problems. Not look the other way. Instead of San Benito High School being known as being good in sports, they are going to be known as the Thieves from San Benito High School.”
“Election results came out the way I wanted, but I have to admit that the whole Measure G brought out the worst in our community. The enormous amount of money spent on debating this issue could have gone to much better causes, such as filling in the shortfalls which our city and county governments are going to experience. I received the mailers with the cute packet of tomato seeds, saw the planes flying and tractors rolling. If any of the landed farmers and ranchers think that they are kidding people about their so-called desire to keep ranching and farming, they are wrong. The whole thing was obviously about making money and getting theirs. I spent a lot of time deliberating over which way to go, and though I am satisfied, it feels like a hollow victory. I just hope our community hasn’t been destroyed in the process.”
“I’m looking forward to NO July 4, 2004 motorcycle rally. Thank god Sheriff Hill has common sense, logic and vision. I understood the 1997 rally which commemorated the 50-year reunion when a large number of bikers invaded us. Yes, it was a large number, not thousands. I was a witness. This is where it should have stopped, July 1997.
For the past three years, attendance has been down, and the event has LOST revenue and not GENERATED any.
Frankly, the city survived for 50 years without the rally, and it will continue to survive without it.
When biker groups get wind of, and they will, that Hollister will not baby-sit them July 4, they will find somewhere else to go drink their beer, do their drugs, start their fights, show their breasts and fill jails just like they did before Hollister 1997.
In other words, they can go back where they came from and stay where they are.”
