The discussion and consideration of direction on a traffic study come as city and county officials ramp up talks on the deteriorating condition of roads in San Benito County.
County board members on Tuesday OK’d sending a proposal from the Council of San Benito County Governments for a half-cent sales tax to the June ballot. Supervisors also approved their version of a traffic fee study Tuesday to increase rates charged to developers in order to cover road needs.
