 Dave Perez, avid golfer and cook, is survived by his wife Laurie, sons, Anthony and Steven; siblings, Margaret Mesa, Anita Rios, JR Madrid, Helen Madrid, Alice Vela, Mary Perez, Tony Perez and Christy Zamora.
