Head elections official promises changes in the San Benito County Elections Office

An investigation into the March District 5 County Supervisors
election exposed problems with how absentee ballots are returned
that may have been ongoing for years, according to the county’s top
election official, but changes are on the way to ensure it doesn’t
happen again.
