Born November 9, 1944 in Michoacán, MX , Isidro came to the United States at the age of 17, and lived most of his working days in San Benito County. Friends and family alike remember him as a man who loved horses, cattle, his beloved dogs, and in the evenings would enjoy his “shot of Crown Royal”.

Surviving are his two children with former wife Juana Salinas Mendoza, son Sostenes “Tito” Mendoza, daughter Shellie Mendoza-Ramirez, and grandchildren, Danny and Benny Mendoza. Isidro is also survived by his mother Ventura Mendoza Sanchez of King City, CA, and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins, and long time companion Renae Roorda.

Two separate masses will be held in his honor. A private memorial held by his two surviving children and close friends will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, March 17th, at the Immaculate Conception Church, located in Tres Pinos, with Rev. Larry Kambitsch officiating.
