John Hooper

John (Jack) D. Hooper passed away peacefully following a short illness.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Phyllis, son, Mike (Christine) Hooper and daughter Candice (George) Mancino, grandchildren Joseph and Kellie Mancino and Patrick (Emma) Hooper, and great grandson Owen Hooper.
Per his wishes, there will be no memorial service.
