Keep national parks a sanctuary
Seems Congressman Sam Farr was in the minority on the vote to
allow no guns in national parks. Nine months from now, the law goes
into effect.
Our Congressman got into a heated fight. Sad, he lost, as we
also lost. Why would anyone want to take a gun into a national
park? We stopped hunters from using lead shells to save the
condors. This is why they were established in the first place.
You don’t take a gun to church. Our national park system is a
sacred sanctuary for animals
– for our children and grandchildren to see. Seems they are
going to try over the next nine months to change it back.
