Hollister’s new wastewater treatment plant had its grand opening on Thursday afternoon with various city and county officials in the audience.

Dignitaries in attendance included Assemblywoman Anna Caballero, Russ Jeffries from the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board, Bill Ritz – a representative from Jeff Denham’s office, County Supervisors Jaime De La Cruz and Pat Loe and Hollister Mayor Doug Emerson.
