The recall election is less than two weeks away. John Hodges at
the Election Department on the second floor of the county
courthouse has set up a booth where it appears you can come into
the office, fill out a request for an absentee ballot, and vote
then and there.

I also understand his office will be open Saturday, Oct. 4 for accepting ballots. John and his staff should be commended for this extra effort.
