About .50 inches of rain has fallen on South County as of noon Tuesday, with scattered showers expected the rest of the day. High temperatures should peak at 52, with lows dipping into the high-30s tonight. Wednesday calls for more rain and cool temperatures with lows in the mid-30s.
Temperatures will be more than 10 degrees below normal.
