Passed away September 20, 2009.
Born in Hollister, CA, he moved to El Dorado in 1978. He was preceeded in death by his late parents Rafael and Maria Cruz and brother Mike Cruz. He is survived by his wife Teresa Elias Cruz, children: Ruben Jr., Jerry, Marcos, Rafael, Miguel and daughter Marissa and 14 grandchildren. Siblings: Carlos, Rudy, Ralph, Arthur, Mercy Navarro, Nadine Rios, Margie Valderrama, Hortencia Tristan and many nieces and nephews. Services will be Saturday, September 26, 2009, at 11:00 A.M., Union Mine High School, 6530 Koki Lane, El Dorado, CA 95623.
