Samuel is survived by his wife Martha; daughters Enedina and Martha Ruiz, his son Samuel Jr.; grandchildren Gabriel and Nicholas Ruiz all of Hollister. He is pre-decesed by his daughter Griselda in 2005.

Mass of The Resurrection is today Friday, April 24th, 2009 at 12:00 Noon at Sacred Heart Church. Interment, Calvary Cemetery.
