U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer, has plans for a member of her staff to meet Jan. 16 with locals having trouble with federal casework.

Boxer’s staff will hold office hours between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. at San Juan Bautista City Hall, according to a public notice received today. During that time, locals can have one-on-one discussions regarding any questions or concerns about their dealings with federal agencies, such as the Veterans Administration and the Social Security Administration.

Unless stated otherwise, all discussions during the office hours will be private.
