I’m really getting tired of the tyranny of the left wing press.
I have written two letters critical of the Free Lance, yet they
continue to feature old left-wing Molly and her anti-American
rhetoric. Again I ask, why not balance Molly with a conservative
columnist?

I’m really getting tired of the tyranny of the left wing press. I have written two letters critical of the Free Lance, yet they continue to feature old left-wing Molly and her anti-American rhetoric. Again I ask, why not balance Molly with a conservative columnist?
The liberal press, and liberals in general, want America to fail. They delight in bad news and can’t bring themselves to even be “even-handed.” Everything has to have a “spin.” The press was supposed to be the guardian of our democracy, but how can we trust them when the New York Times makes up news as it goes along?
Intellectually, I know not all is not going according to plan in Iraq, but I also know there are good people working on solutions to the really hard problems they face. They can use some support. The constant carping is playing into the hands of the enemy, as it did in Vietnam!
Rather than be a loyal opposition with rational, considered alternate points of view the liberals and liberal press seem to be hoping we will fail, while offering no solutions of their own.
