Uriel Perez Jr. died Monday, Jan. 5 in Los Banos. He was 25.

He was born in Hollister and worked for a time for Guerra Nut Shelling. He was also a member of the Catholic Church and attended local schools through high school.

He is survived by his father and mother Uriel Sr. and Olga Perez of Los Banos; sisters Nellie Perez and Bianca Perez, both of Los Banos; and grandparents Urbano Perez of Hollister and Inez Perez of Mexico and Bernardo and Maria Garcia of Hollister. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, cousins and nephews.

The rosary will be Thursday, Jan. 8 at 7 p.m. at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home.

The Mass will be Friday, Jan. 9 at Sacred Heart Church at noon. Friends can come to the funeral home for a procession to the church at 11:30 a.m.

Interment and graveside services will follow the Mass at Calvary Cemetery.
