The same golf management company that took over the former Bolado Park Golf Club last year is now running Ridgemark Golf & Country Club.
About five weeks ago, Sierra Golf Operations began operating Ridgemark under a lease arrangement with property owner John Wynn, said Jeffrey Christensen, Sierra’s President & CEO. He told the Free Lance that his company already started making improvements to the course and has more plans in the works.
Sierra Golf Operations in January 2015 signed the five-year lease for a rate of $1 annually to operate the golf course in the Tres Pinos area on land owned by the 33rd Agricultural District. Management of Ridgemark allowed the company to add yet another offering to its now 12 courses accessible to anyone with a membership.
