My name was recently mentioned in the Thursday weekly. A Robert Burnett MD, Republican Party chairman for Santa Clara County and a regional representative on the executive committee of the California Republican Party, placed me in one of two groups in the recall effort of our DA.
For you information, I was exercising my rights as an American citizen when I signed the recall petition.
Furthermore for you up there in Santa Clara County, and others down here in San Benito County, I am not, nor have I ever been, involved with any group public, private or clandestine in the recall effort of the DA.
I wonder, Mr. Burnett, if you as chairman of the Republican Central Committee of Santa Clara exercised your right as an American Citizen and signed the recall petition against Gov. Davis?
