Has one been made to feel incompetent if he or she is considered
a minority? Well, the ACLU filed a suit in the Federal Court of
Appeals on behalf of minority voters to delay the recall election.
By definition, the liberal three-judge panel of the 9th U.S.
Circuit Court of Appeals (all three judges appointed by Democrat
presidents) agree with the ACLU that minorities are not smart or
intelligent enough to properly punch a voting card for the Oct. 7
recall election.

The punch card voting system has been used in California for 39 years. Election officials in Los Angeles and Sacramento have said the punch card voting system is more accurate than some voting procedures now in place. Not one election in California has been protested because of the Florida syndrome, “Hanging Chad.” The ACLU and liberal Democrat leadership had no complaints with the punch card voting system used to elect (Gov. Gray) Davis in the last two elections.

Unlike the ACLU and the Democrat Party leadership, I have more confidence in the minority community. The sheer number of minorities show they could break from their Democrat Party masters and start a new party where they could fulfill the American dream and become a political force not owned by any other party. But for now the beat goes on for the ACLU and liberal Democrat leadership to successfully insult and dumb down minorities to not think for themselves.
