Hollister police Sunday identified Shawn G. Bourdet as the suspect arrested after Saturday night's illegal fireworks incident that resulted in injuries to five children, one in critical condition.

On Aug. 16, Hollister Police officers responded to Evelyns Drive on a call of a man allegedly making terrorist threats seen outside the victim’s home. Police arrived and contacted Anthony Fink, 18. He was found in possession of a loaded firearm and arrested on numerous felony charges. Fink was booked into the San Benito County Jail on violations of possessing a loaded firearm with the intent to commit a felony, carrying a concealed loaded firearm, carrying a loaded firearm in a public place and making terrorist threats.
