DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: Juan Martinez, 22, of 595 South St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police on the 100 block of East Street for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level over .08 at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday.
D.U.I. AND HIT AND RUN: George Costa, 39, of 2020 Shore Road in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for driving under the influence and hit and run after he crashed into a fence near the intersection of Sunnyslope and Clearview roads and then left the scene. He was located and arrested at 1362 Sunnyslope Road around 1:55 a.m. Thursday.
