When you golf, think about your practice time as making deposits and playing time as withdrawals from your golfing account. Make big deposits with good practice sessions and fixing troubled shots.
Showing up early to warm up, practice putting, practice chipping, and a few bunker shots are also additional deposits. Arriving late for your tee time with no practice time equals big withdrawals.
What is the balance of your golfing account when you tee off? How many high risks shots do you take on the first three holes because of lack of preparedness?
Golfing legend Johnny Miller always tried to build up his account before playing in a tournament.
So make those deposits on the range and practicing your most difficult shots to assure your golfing account won’t be hit by insufficient funds by the back nine.

The caddie responded: “I don’t think so sir. That would be too much of a coincidence.”
