Curves moves to Fourth Street
Curves, a fitness center for women, has moved from their Airline
Highway location to 396-A Fourth St. Manager Dee Dee Dozal said
they reopened in the downtown building March 1.

In addition to the free fitness coaching Curves offers with
every membership, and once-a-month nutrition classes that are open
to members and non-members, it is now offering a new program called
Curves Smart. It is a computer-generated program members can
create, and at the end of each workout, they get a readout that
tells them how effective their workout was with information and how
many calories they burned and other statistics. Membership fees
vary, and those interested can call 636-8425 to inquire about cost
and a free week trial.
