Buffet Express opened on Jan. 15 at 551 McCray St., in the
shopping center near Premiere Cinemas. The business is owned by
Michelle Huang and Kenny Zhao.

The restaurant touts a wide-ranging “international cuisine” as its theme with choices rotating every week that include such items as barbecue ribs, shrimp, roast beef, barbecue chicken, steak, soup, salads and more. It includes the regular buffet, as well as a selection of the sushi offerings and cheesecake, Zhao said, while customers are entitled to one trip in which they can fill their plates to the max if they choose.
Buffet Express is open seven days a week, from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
