Proposition 54 prohibits state and local governments from
collecting or using race, ethnicity, color or national origin data
in public education, contracting or employment.

anemia and diabetes as preponderant diseases among our
African-American and Latino populations. With the availability of

Proposition 54 does have exemptions.

Author Ward Connerly is quoted in the San Jose Mercury on the exemptions. In part, he says, “Our intention was, and the language that has been crafted and reviewed by lawyers, is that all of the things the opponents are saying they’re worried about are already exempted…”

Yes, Mr. Connerly, the cats are having a party and they have invited the mice. Will they come?

Stop Proposition 54. Vote no on 54.
