Don’t look now, but Reb is showing his true color, again. He
thinks the proposed affordable housing ordinance is requiring too
high a percentage for affordable housing. Is he joking? He must
already own his house.
If you are residing in his district and are not a homeowner, you
had better pay attention. This supervisor doesn’t quite get it. He
pretends to get it until some ordinance needs passing (thank
goodness for the other four members) and then he shows his true

pro-development business as usual

attitude.
If he gets two more votes on that Board we will all be in big
trouble unless of course you are a developer/contractor without a
conscience.

He is one of the reasons that I must VOTE YES ON MEASURE G because when he makes a statement like he did regarding the proposed ordinance, I don’t trust him to watch out for my interests such as affordable housing.

It was commented a while back by a Measure G opponent that they were just looking out for their family’s future and that’s fine, but your family’s future should not cost my family their future.

Stop being greedy and be happy that you are a property owner unlike so many of us.”

“I’d like to just have somebody notice the Little League ballpark that is donated to the Somavia family – they never spelled their name right. I’ve looked at it now for a year. Anyway, it’s spelled S-O-M-A-V-I-A. And that’s not how it’s spelled on the board. I think somebody should correct that.”
