Anyone holding a “middle management” position should be let go as they are worthless! The “grunts” do the work and the “middle managers” take the credit for it. Let the “grunts” decide who should be canned!
Get rid of the wasteful middle management and that will help balance the budget. It’s pretty simple, stop letting “middle management” decide what to do when they don’t even know what actually goes into doing the work.
