Cyclists ride down Uvas Rd. toward the reservoir Saturday as part of the 36th annual Tierra Bella Bicycle Tour.

Tierra Bella 2013 hosted by the Almaden Cycle Touring Club is set to begin at 6:30 a.m. Saturday at the Gavilan College Student Union in Gilroy.

On the 100-mile and 200-kilometer routes, the routes will go to Gilroy Hot Springs, then Henry Coe, with the 200 option climbing Hicks Road.

A total of about 2,000 riders are expected to cover about 144,000 miles, according to organizers.
