I would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you that took the time to vote during the primary on March 2, 2004.
For those of you that voted for me based on my pledges for change, I would like to reassure you that I will do what I promised during my campaign.
For those of you that did not vote for me, I promise you that my intentions are to do what’s best for our district and not for any one individual.
Now that I have been seated, some of my responsibilities will be to appoint individuals to committees and commissions.
