Tomas A. Gonzalez celebrates 90 years
On March 6, Tomas A. Gonzalez celebrated his 90th birthday at
the Bolado Park 4-H building with his family and friends. Some of
those attending the celebration included his 10 children Juana
Gonzalez, Lupe Pacheco, Grace (Esteben) Aguilar, Manuel (Cecila)
Gonzalez, Elba (Manuel) Avila, Estella G. Flores, Tommy (Elvia)
Gonzalez, and Tony, Louie and David Gonzalez.
Tomas A. Gonzalez celebrates 90 years
On March 6, Tomas A. Gonzalez celebrated his 90th birthday at the Bolado Park 4-H building with his family and friends. Some of those attending the celebration included his 10 children Juana Gonzalez, Lupe Pacheco, Grace (Esteben) Aguilar, Manuel (Cecila) Gonzalez, Elba (Manuel) Avila, Estella G. Flores, Tommy (Elvia) Gonzalez, and Tony, Louie and David Gonzalez.
Gonzalez has 34 grandchildren, 49 great-great grandchildren and 10 great-great-great grandchildren and members from five generations were there to help him celebrate.
The special guest for his birthday was his only brother Aurelio Gonzalez, who came up with his family from Los Angeles.
Gonzalez came from Zacates, Mexico in 1960 and has lived in Hollister since then. He worked for Almaden Vineyards until he retired in 1982. He likes to play solitaire and takes his shot of brandy everyday.
