Although the first contest against Sonoma County was a one-run affair, the championship match was much more comfortable for the Hitmen, as the local 12U baseball team defeated Sonoma 10-5.
“In the championship game we played well,” coach Robert Fabing said. “We got good pitching and we hit the baseball very well.”

Fabing added that the team’s strong suit was pitching, as Manderson, Soto, Yamasaki, Jordan Lopes, Nathan Alvarez and Diaz contributed.
