garnered first and second places at the High-Tech Invitational in
Rancho Cordova last Sunday.
Three members of the USA Sport Connection’s gymnastic team garnered first and second places at the High-Tech Invitational in Rancho Cordova last Sunday.
Emily Rianda of Hollister, eight years of age, took first place on the beam with a score of 7.8. Rianda added three second place awards with a 7.5 on the bar, 7.2 on the floor exercise and 30.675 on the All-Around competition.
Lise Avilla of Gilroy, also eight years of age, won second place on the vault with a score of 9.1. She also placed fifth in the All-Around with a total of 28.85.
Jacquelynn Fisher of Hollister captured a first place on the vault with a score of 9.175.
USA Sport Connection gymnasts will next participate at the ‘Flip into Fall’ meet in Sunnyvale on Oct. 4.
