Richard "Dave" Biggs passed away February 2, 2008, after an almost year-long battle with pancreatic cancer. A long-time resident of Gilroy, Dave worked for PG&E for 30 years, volunteered for the Gilroy Fire Department, and most recently volunteered with Kaiser Hospital in Gilroy.
