Carmel Designer Reed Cripe stands next to the county window he created for display at the State Capitol alongside similar displays for the other 57 counties. The exhibit displays aspects unique to San Benito County life and culture, including a piece of Benitoite, the state gem, which is only found in San Benito County. While shown at the county’s administrative office Tuesday, the window will be in Sacramento starting today.
