Police blotter: 11-year-old had knife at school

Police responded to Calaveras School on Thursday when a teacher confiscated a knife from an 11-year-old boy.

According to a police report, the boy had shown the knife to several other students in the restroom. The boy’s teacher was informed about the knife and she searched the boy, then took the blade. No arrests were made.
