Burglary:
Phillip Hermosillo, 22, of the 1800 block of Severinsen Street in Hollister, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department for suspicion of burglary, a misdemeanor, after an officer identified him from surveillance videos in the 200 block of San Felipe Road at 9:40pm Tuesday, police said. Hermosillo is suspected of burglarizing Progresso’s Restaurant on Third Street, taking a cash register with $90 and knives on Nov. 8, police said.
Driving Under the Influence:
Timothy Miller, 59, of the 2600 block of San Juan Road, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department for suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after he fell asleep and blocked traffic on Powell Street at 8:49pm Tuesday, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
