CRIMINAL REPORTS
Burglary, South Street
On Saturday at 3 p.m., a homeowner on the 300 block of South Street reported to police that he had left home for no more than an hour and thought he had closed the garage doors. Upon his return, several items were missing from the garage. No suspect information was available.
Vehicle Burglary, Monterey Street
A vehicle burglary occurred on the 900 block of Monterey Street on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. Police said that expensive stereo was taken from the vehicle. No suspect information was available.
Robbery, Ventura Court
At 4 p.m. on Sunday on the 100 block of Ventura Court, a suspect arrived at the house of an incarcerated man who owed him money. The suspect jumped the fence and confronted the people who were looking over the house while the owner was gone. The suspect grabbed the phone from one of the caretakers and demanded to take something in collateral until he got his money. The people watching the house denied him and called the police. The police were only given a vague description to the suspect’s identity.
Petty thefts, Rancho Drive
An unknown subject or subjects stole keys and alarm codes from a Presidential Security vehicle on the 1200 block of Rancho Drive at 9:45 p.m. on Sunday.
Burglary, Fourth Street
On Monday at 5 p.m., a homeowner on the 600 block of Fourth Street reported he or she had lost keys and had left the garage door open. The homeowner then returned home to get some money that was hidden and found that the money, jewelry and other items had been stolen. No suspect information was available.
ARRESTS
Burglary, Tres Pinos Road
On Tuesday at 10:40 a.m., a 20-year-old Hollister female was placed under arrest suspected of stealing several products from Safeway, 591 Tres Pinos Road. Police said she was stealing items because she did not have enough money to pay for them. The suspect was placed under arrest.
